At 7:30 PM on July 30, 2017, Ho Chi Minh City Open University held the opening ceremony of the “Online Bachelor\u2019s Degree Program via distance learning of the course 2\/2017\u201d<\/em><\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/br>\n\n\n\n

Continuing to complete the mission of promoting the development of the learning society through spreading knowledge to learners by the most flexible and convenient means and after over 3 months of carrying out the admission procedure, at 7:30 PM on July 30, 2017, Ho Chi Minh City Open University held the opening ceremony of the “Online Bachelor\u2019s Degree Program of the course 2\/2017”. At the ceremony, the university was delighted to welcome representatives of businesses, the Board of Directors, leaders of departments and new students of the online bachelor\u2019s degree program of Ho Chi Minh City Open University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony began with some information about 5 typical events of the university in recent years, the introduction of the formation process, utilities as well as reasons for choosing to study the online bachelor\u2019s degree program of Ho Chi Minh City Open University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/br>\n\n\n\n

During the opening ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Phuc – Rector of the university said: “The university has gained considerable experience in distance education since its establishment. Through the development process with the rapid change of technology, the university recognizes that online training is the latest form of training which gives learners the optimum convenience and flexibility during the learning process. This is a method that would bring good knowledge and experience to learners during their learning process.\u201d He affirmed: \u201cAnd once again we show the serious determination of Ho Chi Minh City Open University towards the online training program to serve students in the best way.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
